DELIVERIES:  eGadgets South Africa will only use a reputable national courier partner for deliveries and collections. We will only deliver products to a physical address, and not to a PO Box/Postnet. Please note that we always work very closely with the relevant courier companies to ensure that your order is delivered safely and in time to you, however if there is ever an issue with your order being lost in transit, we will inform you and attempt a re-delivery of your order. If we cannot re-deliver due to lack of stock, we will issue you with a full cash refund if required. Please ensure that the delivery address is your home or office, where an authorised person can sign for your delivery in your absence. eGadgets South Africa and its courier partners will not take responsibility should the delivery be signed for by an unauthorised person. Delivery can take between 3 to 5 working days once your payment clears unless otherwise stated. eGadgets South Africa will not ship any products outside the boundaries of South Africa.


RETURNS and REFUNDS: Should you wish to return a product, please log a support request on our Support Page or email info@egadgets.co.za. Ensure that all details of the product, reason for return are stipulated in the support request or email. All returns must be unused, unopened and in 100% resealable condition. The product must be in its original packaging and condition, including any free items or bundled items provided with the main product purchased. Due to hygiene purposes, we are unable to take back any used headphones or earphones. A support request for a return must be logged within 48 hours of receiving the delivery, and returned to eGadgets South Africa or its supplier within 14 days of receiving the delivery.

Returned items are subject to a 15% handling fee. It is the responsibility and expense of the customer to return the product to eGadgets South Africa or its supplier, using a reputable courier. eGadgets South Africa will not be held responsible or accountable for products not received. Instructions and return addresses will be provided when you log a support request.
 

If a refund is requested before an item has been dispatched to you or for any other reason, the refund will take place within plus minus 10-14 working days from the date of request to your credit card or South African bank account. Refunds, whatever the reason, will be processed in plus/minus 10 to 14 working days. However, please note some refunds could take longer (up to 30 working days) even if not dispatched as yet, especially back order refunds or high value refunds (R10 000 or above) 

eGadgets South Africa reserves the right to cancel any order and provide a full refund due to non delivery or circumstances beyond our control. Please note that eGadgets South Africa is also a market place which means we list our own products as well as third party products from registered authorised dealers/suppliers. For any reason that a dealer/supplier is not able to deliver a product, we will process a full refund. Please note under no circumstances do we do an immediate refund as there are always processes to follow. 

Please note all refunds follows a process where it is executed by our admin accounts team. Under no circumstance can our physical store process a refund. Our physical store does not hold cash or the resources to process any refund. 

Back orders

Some times we may list a product as available on back order. This will be indicated accordingly in the product listing. Please note if a product is on back order, it is an item that is not in stock, however we are giving you the option of placing your order on back order and placing your name on the back order list for that particular item. We humbly appeal to you, please do not place your order if you are not patient to wait. When we stipulate an ETA, always bear in mind, ETA means estimated time of arrival and not definite time of arrival. We work with several roleplayers and try our very best to ensure ETA dates are adhered to. Under no circumstances will we tolerate any form of abuse, be it verbal or defamation when it comes to back order stock and refunds as you the consumer have got a choice to purchase on back order or not to purchase on back order.

Great customer service is very important to us. We always strive to bring you the best products at the best possible prices. However, We will not entertain any form of abuse to our employees or our company. If for some reason there is any form of abuse, we reserve the right to cancel your order and provide a refund to you in plus minus 10 to 14 working days of the order being cancelled. Depending on the seriousness of the abuse, we could take legal action against you. At times Back order refund requests can take longer than plus minus 10 to 14 working days to process (Up to 30 working days). Please take note of this before placing a back order or placing any order on our website. By placing your order it is taken that you fully accept and understand our Ts and Cs with regards to our processes of refunds and back order refunds. Furthermore we will not entertain any requests of claims of interest for funds while you await for your refund. No threats of legal will also be entertained as you have been clearly warned of our processes. If for some reason you decide you want to go the legal route, all costs will be at your expense. By placing any order with us, it is taken that you fully accept and understand our Ts and Cs. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation with regards to this. 

eGadgets South Africa reserves the right to reject a returned product should it not meet the conditions stipulated above. Refunds to a South African bank account or credit card will take place within plus minus 10-14 working days of the returned product being inspected and approved for a credit.
